1. Website purpose
smartxecosystem.com provides corporate, technical, evidence, partnership and field-programme information about Smart X Ecosystem and related entities.
2. Evidence and technical claims
Smart X distinguishes independently verified evidence, controlled test results, engineering design basis, testing targets and field verification pending. A design target or controlled result must not be interpreted as a universal guarantee of field performance.
3. No automatic offer or contract
Website descriptions, capacity figures, service concepts and partnership information do not create a binding offer, warranty or contractual commitment. Binding obligations arise only from duly authorised written agreements.
4. Intellectual property
Smart X names, branding, HydroCharge materials, technical illustrations, protected engineering, text, media and documents are owned by or licensed to Smart X unless otherwise stated. Publication of system roles or evidence does not grant a licence to copy protected engineering, geometry, construction logic or other intellectual property.
5. Third-party names and links
References to organisations, standards, laboratories, media or external websites must not be interpreted as certification or endorsement beyond the relationship or evidence expressly described on the relevant page.
6. Availability and accuracy
Smart X aims to keep public information accurate and current, but website information may change as engineering, testing, projects and governance develop. Controlled documents and signed agreements take precedence over general website summaries where there is a conflict.
